摘要
放空火炬设计中火炬筒出口直径及高度的计算是按照标准APIRP521的方法进行计算的,并确定了放空火炬系统设计中应考虑的安全因素。
This paper introduces the computation methods of the diameter and height of the flare stack exit in the flare stack design according to the standard of APIRP521. It also points out the secure factors to be considered in the flare stack system design.
