大学作为社会系统中的一个重要而敏感的子系统,其和谐程度如何会对社会主义和谐社会的构建产生直接的影响。当前,高等教育发展应以构建和谐大学为重点,努力实现大学与政府、社会之间的宏观和谐,大学内部组织要素之间的中观和谐以及大学师生个体之间的微观和谐。和谐校园的构建,党是核心、法是保证、师是关键,生是根本。

The harmonious degree of a university or a college, an important and sensitive subsystem, has direct influence upon the construction of a harmonious socialist society. At present, the development of higher education should take the construction of harmonious universities and colleges as the key point, trying to realize the macroscopic harmony between the university and the government and the society, the middle-scopic harmony between different organizations of universities and colleges, and the microscopic harmony between teachers and students. In the construction of a harmonious campus, the party is the core, the law is the guarantee, the teachers, the key and the students, the foundation.
