Application of simultaneous metered blending technique in lubricating device

自动调合已是润滑油调合发展的必然趋势。本文着重对自动调合(同步计量调合)的原理、性能特点及自动调合比手工罐式调合的优点等方面进行论述,同时对新技术应用后的经济效益进行分析,进而阐述新技术应用的必要性。自动调合对提高油品的一次调合合格率、降低各类成本都是大有裨益的。

The simultaneous metered blending has been an inevitable trend to the lubricating oil development. The principle and characters of simultaneous metered blending were discussed, as well as the superiority to hand powered pot blending. Meanwhile we analyzed the economical benefits and the importance of this new technology which is good to enhance coincidence rate and cut cost.
