摘要
以攀枝花产细鳞片石墨(含碳量为94%~95%)为原料,通过化学方法使其含碳量大大提高,其最佳工艺条件为:碱熔过程反应温度600℃,时间60min,NaOH溶液与石墨比例1:0.6,NaOH浓度35%,酸解过程HCl用量为石墨质量的50%,在此条件下所制石墨纯度可达99.6%。
The fine scale graphite (carbon content 94% -95% ) was purified by chemical method to advance the carbon content. The best process conditions were as follows: alkali fusion temperature 600℃, time 60min, rate of NaOH and graphite 1:0.6, NaOH concentration 35%, content of HCl is 50% of graphite. The graphite is 99.6%.
