摘要
面对暴力袭警,警察有权利也有义务正当防卫,但是由于身份、手段、限度等不同,正当防卫行为在这一领域的运用条件和限制有所不同。对警察面对暴力袭警正当行使防卫权的行为不应过于苛求,但又要严密监控。
It＇ s not only the right but also the duty for police to make legitimate defense facing ＂violent attacks＂ However, police defense is quite different from citizen＇ s legitimate defense in conditions and limitations, owing to their different status, measures, limitations. We shouldn＇ t ask too much for the police defense while making sdefense rigtrict supervision on it. Police have no limitless legitimate ht when suffered from violent attacks.
