建国前后新民主主义经济运行中的内在紧张及其原因

Tenses and Its Causes in The Operation of New Democracy Economy before and after Country's Foundation

1949年通过的《共同纲领》要求新民主主义经济内部的五种经济成分实现“各得其所”的局面。但在建国前后的一段时间里,在实际运行当中,新民主主义经济内部却充满着紧张,具体体现在公私关系、劳资关系、产销关系等三个方面。究其原因,薄一波等老革命家认为,这种紧张与部分同志的左倾情绪有关。而“左”的情绪何以可能产生这个问题则仍然值得进一步探讨。

In 1949, the passed （Joint Programme） defined that five kinds of economy part should achieve coherent situation. But in the factual operation , new democracy economy was full of some tense in a few time before and after country＇ s foundation which embodied in public -private relationship, labour -capital relationship, produce - sale relationship such three aspects. Seeking the cause o Bo Yibo believed the ＇ left＇ passion in some comrades was related to the tense. But why the ‘ left＇ passion could occur is still a question deserving discussion.
