摘要
根据半导体制冷材料热电的制冷特点、热电效应以及制冷原理进行了分析,并通过区熔法制备流程、工艺介绍了半导体制冷材料的制备方法。
According to the traits of thermoelectricity refrigeration in Semiconductor material. This article gives us a detail analyzing on pyroelectric effect and refrigerant principle, at the same time, By means of zone melting preparative process and technological process, it introduces us the preparation method of semiconductor material
