摘要
微透析技术作为一项新兴技术,应用领域广泛,对其研究已渐成显学。该项技术在临床上的特点与中医学的作用一脉相承,其在中医、中药和针灸方面的应用前景十分广阔。作者系统阐述了微透析技术的发展历程和基本原理,对微透析系统的组成、探针的设计及种类进行了深入细致的探讨。并在中医药研究方面,提出了新的研究途径和应用方向,为推动中医药事业的发展提供了坚实的理论基础和技术支撑。
Microdialysis as a new technic has wide application,and the study has become an important subject.This article expatiates its phyloge- ny,rationale,composing and design and species of probe.Especially on traditional Chinese medicine,the author brings forwards new method and application direction,and provides massy academic base for the develop- ment of Chinese medicine.
