加速器工业探伤时射线底片质量控制对比实验

摘要 分析了2 M加速器探伤时射线质量控制的几个因素。通过一系列实验,从胶片选择、工件厚度、增感屏、散射线防护以及焦距几个方面得出了加速器探伤时的最佳参数,可为其他同能量的加速器探伤提供有价值的参考数据。 Several aspects of quality control have been analyzed when radiographic examination was put on by 2 M accelerator. Through a series of experiments,the best parameter that includes the film choice, work piece thickness, the intensifying screen, dispersion protection as well as focal distance of nondestructive examination by the 2 M accelerator have been obtained, which might provide effective data for other same energy accelerators.
