摘要
应用基于随机-模糊概率模型的可靠性设计理论与方法,从控制钢制薄壁内压圆筒静强度在压力试验和正常操作时模糊可靠度范围的角度,对其试验压力系数和安全系数进行了探索。结果表明,①基于模糊可靠度分析的抗拉安全系数可取nb≥1.80,屈服安全系数可取ns≥1.45。②气压试验时,内压圆筒试验压力系数可取1.08≤λ≤1.15;液压试验时,可取1.08≤λ≤1.30。
Making application for reliability design theory and methods basis on random-fuzzy probability model, it is quantitatively analyzed that reliability range of virgin static strength of cylinder during pressure test and normal operation. The cylinder testing of coefficient and factor is studied from keeping a firm on side of minimal reliability in different working conditions mode. It was concluded that:①basis on fuzzy reliability analysis, the bursting safety factor shall be equal to or greater than 1.80 and the yield safe factor shall be equal to or greater than 1.45. ②the range of testing pressure coefficient is equal to or not less 1.08 and not greater than 1.15 when barometrical pressure test and it is equal to or not less 1.08 and not grater than 1.30 that when hydraulic pressure test.
