The summarization of process flow of the boiler equipment widely used in petrochemical industry were presented. Main sub-systems of boiler controls were introduced and the actualizing of the boiler feedwater system by the use of a programmable adjuster were illustrated in detail. And the particular process of the software configuration was exposed as well.
