摘要 根据故障树分析理论,用演绎法建立了常减压装置的失效故障树,通过定性分析找到影响稠油加工常减压装置安全性的主要因素,通过定量分析计算出引起失效的各事件的概率和重要度。基于常减压装置的故障树,利用模糊数学理论,建立了常减压装置可靠性的模糊综合评判模型。利用模糊综合评判可方便地掌握常减压蒸馏装置的安全运行状况,对提高其安全可靠性具有一定的指导意义。 The fault tree of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit (AVDU) is established with deductive method on the theory of fault tree analysis. The main factors that influence the security of AVDU for viscous oil are found through qualitative analysis. Moreover, the probability of all occurrences which cause AVDU failure and their importance are calculated through quantitative analysis. Based on the fault tree mentioned above, the model for fuzzy comprehensive estimating the reliability of AVDU is established by using fuzzy mathematics theory. With the model and PC program developed afterwards, engineers can control the operation conditions of AVDU, which will greatly enhance the reliability of AVDU.
