山西生态农业建设中的水资源利用

Water Resources Utilization in Ecoagriculture Construction in Shanxi Province

发展生态农业是山西省保证粮食(食品)安全、实现农业生产和全省经济社会持续、稳定、健康发展的必然选择。农业是山西的用水大户,水是农业的命脉。当前水资源短缺、水利基础设施落后、用水浪费、农业用水污染、水土流失严重等水问题已构成山西生态农业建设的最大障碍。文中就实现水资源的高效、持续利用保证山西生态农业和社会主义新农村建设健康发展提出了若干建议。

To develop ecoagriculture is the certain selection which ensure grain （food） safety in Shanxi Province, and realize agriculture production and whole province＇s economy and society in sustained, stable and healthy development.In Shanxi Province ,agriculture is main water resources consumer. Water resources are lifeblood of agriculture. At present ,the problems such as shortage of water resources, backward in water conservancy infrastructure, extravagant in water resources use,polution in the water for agriculture use ,soil and water loss and so on, constitute the main obstacle in ecoagriculture construction in Shanxi Province.How to realize water resources in high efficiency and sustained utilization to ensure ecoagriculture and socialism new rural area construction in Shanxi Province？This paper thus puts forward some suggestion.
