小城镇建设中的水利问题探讨

Discussing Problems of Water Conservancy in Little Town's Construction

随着城镇化发展,对小城镇防洪、水资源配置、水环境保护提出了更高的要求,也是城区建设的一个重要内容。通过阐述小城镇建设中存在的防洪标准低,排涝能力不足以及城区河道的盲目侵占等水利问题,探讨了小城镇城区水利建设的要求和方法。

In pace with the development of town,the higher demands about the flood control, the water resources allocation,the water environment protection of little town are presented.They are also an important content of town construction. Through the discussion on some water conservacy problems such as： lower flood control standard, insufficient capacity of storm drainage and blind encroachment of river channel for town construction ,this paper discusses the demand and method of water conservancy construction in little town area.
