摘要 目的比较CCU各病种住院1~3d及各班次的护理工作量,以合理安排护理人力,提高护理效率。方法对某三级甲等医院CCU84例患者住院1~3d各班次的护理内容进行工作时数(下称工时)测定。结果CCU各病种的护理工时随住院日的增加而减少,同病种入住CCU当日的护理工时与入住后第1、2天比较,差异有显著性意义(均P〈0.01);不同病种住院当日护理工时比较,差异有显著性意义(均P〈0.01);同病种白班的护理工时高于中班、晚班(均P〈0.05)。结论CCU患者住院1~3d各日及各班次所需的护理工时不同,护理管理者应根据患者的情况采取弹性制排班。 Objective To compare nursing manhour for patients with different cardiac diseases in CCU since admission day and that of every shift on 3-day basis to arrange nurising manpower reasonably and promote efficiency of nursing management. Methods Eighty-four patients at CCU of a tertiary hospital were included in the study and their nursing manhours were measured. Results As the increase of days of hospital stay, the nursing manhours for each cardiac disease were decreased, the nursing manhours of patients with the same disease on admission day were significantly more than those on the first and second day of hospitalization (P〈0.01 for all), while the nursing manhours of patients with different cardiac diseases on admission day had significant differences (P〈0. 01 for all). And nursing manhours for the same disease in dayshift were significantly more than those in night shift. Conclusion The nursing manhours of patients in CCU since admission day and of different shifts on 3 day basis varied. Nursing managers should adopt a flexible staff arrangement according to patients' condition.
