自制多功能洗胃床的临床应用效果

Effect of Clinical Application of Self-made Multifunctional Gastric Lavage Bed

目的评价自制多功能洗胃床临床使用效果。方法将160例急性中毒患者按住院日单双分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组采用简易洗胃床进行洗胃,观察组采用自制多功能洗胃床进行洗胃。结果观察组洗胃时间为(33.32±8.81)min,对照组为(39.23±15.36)min,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论多功能洗胃床能显著缩短洗胃时间,减少并发症发生率,且功能全、安全性能好,设计达到临床使用要求。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of clinical application of self-made multifunctional gastric lavage bed. Methods One hundred and sixty cases of acute poisoning were divided into control group （n=80） receiving gastric lavage with simply equipped gastric lavage bed and observation group （n=80） subject to gastric lavage with multifunctional gastric lavage bed. Results The average time of gastric lavage was （33. 32±8.81） min in the observation group and （39.23±15.36） min in the control group respectively with the difference being significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The multifunctional gastric lavage bed could shorten the time of gastric lavage, reduce the incidence of complication. It is superior to the simply equipped one in functions and properties. The design of the multifunctional gastric lavage bed can meet the requirements of clinical application.
