摘要 针对国内外护士高离职意愿现象,就护士离职意愿的相关因素如个人因素、工作环境、外界环境等进行综述,旨在为护理管理者有针对性地进行人力资源管理,为护士创造良好的工作环境,保持护理生产力提供依据;并针对其研究方法及应用局限性提出展望。
