摘要
目的探讨调控应付方式教学法对临床实习护生适应能力的影响。方法将100名临床实习护生按时间先后分为对照组和观察组,对照组50人(2001级本科35人,2002级专科15人),采取传统教学法。观察组50人(2002级本科35人,2003级专科15人),采用调控应付方式的教学方法。分别采用应付方式问卷和适应状况问卷进行调查。结果观察组干预后的应付方式向成熟型转化,与干预前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);实习结束前,观察组适应状况显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论调控应付方式教学法可提高护生的适应能力。
Objective To probe the influence of the adjustive-controllable coping style teaching method on adaptive capacity of clinical nursing students. Methods One hundred clinical nursing students were divided into two groups equally. The control group had 35 nongraduates of 2001 and 15 junior college students of 2002, who were tought by traditional teaching method. The observation group had 35 nongraduates of 2002 and 15 junior college students of 2003, who were tought by adjustive-controllable coping style teaching method. The questionnaires of Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ) and Adaptive Condition were used for investigation. Results The coping style of the observation group was transformed to mature after intervention, and there were significant differences in the CSQ scores before and after intervention (P〈0.05,P〈0. 01). The adaptive condition of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion The adjustive-eontrollable coping style teaching method could improve the clinical nursing students' adaptive capacity.
