初诊2型糖尿病患者脂肪肝患病率及相关因素分析

Associated factors of fatty liver in newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes

目的:探讨初诊2型糖尿病患者脂肪肝的患病率及相关因素。方法:初诊2型糖尿病患者178例,按有无脂肪肝分组进行分析。结果:2型糖尿病脂肪肝组肥胖和高脂血症的发生率高于无脂肪肝组,脂肪肝组患者胰岛素抵抗更明显,出现糖尿病年龄较低。结论:肥胖、胰岛素抵抗和脂代谢紊乱是2型糖尿病患者脂肪肝患病的相关因素。

Objective： To investigate the prevalence and associated factors of fatty liver in newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods： The data of newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes cases were collected and analyzed. Results： The proportion of obesity and hypertriglyceridaemia was higher in type 2 diabetes patients with fatty liver than without fatty liver. The insulin resistance was more obvious and the diagnosedages of diabetes was lower in the fatty liver group. Conclusion： Obesity and insulin resistance and hyperlipidmia are associated factors for fatty liver in type 2 diabetes.
