To use superior property of FA317A high speed drawing frame and guarantee product quality, main problems and resolving methods in spinning medium count yarn and fine count yarn were proposed, top roller winding and knot yarn were reduced and drawing sliver quality were guaranteed by innovating top cleaner and sliver detector and adjusting partial processing parameters, these measures are the base of back process.
