摘要 介绍了虚拟仪器技术的特点和构成,在此基础上将现代信号处理新理论高阶累积量(HOC)引入到虚拟仪器的信号分析之中,对传动系统的故障进行了特征提取和分析,以VC++软件开发平台为基础,并结合MAT-LAB语言研制和开发出了机械故障诊断虚拟仪器系统,设计了各种功能模块,包括振动信号的分析、处理和系统故障诊断等。从而实现了故障诊断虚拟仪器系统应有的功能。 This paper introduced the characteristics and construction of VI(Virtual Instrument). The higher order cumulants (HOC) were imported into the signal processing of VI, and the fault feature of gear transmission system is extracted and analyzed. Based on VC + + software, the VI system of mechanical fault diagnosis was developed and combined with MATLAB language. Several modules were designed, such as vibration signal sampling, analysis and fault diagnosis. Therefore, the demanded functions of VI were achieved.
