菹草和浮萍中叶蛋白的提取及营养物质分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用凝固法提取菹草和浮萍2种山东德州地区附近的水生植物的叶蛋白含量,并测定了叶蛋白的营养物质含量。结果表明:菹草和浮萍叶蛋白的提取率分别为2.84%和2.36%,叶蛋白中粗蛋白含量分别为51.6%和42.3%,粗脂肪含量分别为14.8%和15.2%,β-胡萝卜素含量分别为785.9μg/g和476.8μg/g,含有大量的矿物元素,体内可消化性分别为69.8%和86.7%。 Using the method of solidifying to refine the leaf protein form the leaves of Potamogeton crispus and Lemna minor Linn of Potamogeton crispus, Typhaangustifolia and Lemna minor Linn. , and tested the nutrient content of the leaf protein. The result showed that the rate of leaf protein refined from two types of aquatic plants was 2. 84% and 2. 36% , the concentration of crude protein in these two plants was 51.6% and 42. 3% , crude fattiness was 14. 8% and 15.2%,β - carotene was 785.9μg/g and 476. 8μg/g, and a great of other mineral element, the two aquatic plants had high in - vitro digestibility. The study indicated that these two aquatic plants are parts of high protein feed, can be used to refine leaf protein.
