摘要
本文研究了墨西哥落羽杉嫩枝扦插繁殖技术。试验结果表明:合适的扦插基质为Ⅳ-草炭∶珍珠岩7∶3;625mg/kg奈乙酸、250mg/kg强力生根粉2、10000mg/kg强力生根粉1和2000mg/kg促根剂插穗的生根率都在90%以上;插穗最好为中上端枝条。
Softwood cutting technique of Taxodium mucronatum Ten. was studied in this paper. The results showed that for the species the mixture of peat moss to perlite 7：3 was appropriate cutting medium and the rooting rate of mid - apex wattles was over 90% with hormones, such as 625ppm NAA ,250ppm rooting powder 2,10000ppm rooting powder 1 and 2000ppm rooting powder.
