血清前白蛋白对糖尿病患者营养状况的评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨血清前白蛋白对糖尿病患者营养状况评价的临床价值。方法:随机选择我院2006年3月~11月收治的178例糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)及健康人50例(对照组),均抽取静脉血,采用免疫比浊法进行血清前白蛋白(PA)及白蛋白(ALB)测定。结果:糖尿病患者PA与ALB水平均明显降低,与正常对照组比较差异显著(P〈0.01),178例糖尿病患者PA降低率(47.2%)明显高于ALB降低率(29.8%)。结论:血清前白蛋白灵敏性优于白蛋白,血清前白蛋白的测定简便快速,是早期评价糖尿病患者营养状况的良好指标。 Objective:To evaluate the value of Prealbumin as marker for nutritional assessment in patients with Diabetes Mellitus. Methods : 178 patients with Diabetes were included in this study, 50 normal people as control, the serum prealbumin (PA) and albumin(ALB) levels were measured by immunoturbidimetry. Results:The levels of albumin and serum pre-albumin in diabetes patient were both lower than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . the decreasing percentage of prealbumin was more ( 47.2% ) than albumin(29.8% )in diabetes patient. Conclusion: As marker for nutritional evaluation, Prealbumin measurement is more sensitive than albumin measurement, it is fast and simple,prealbumin is a good indicator to evaluate the nutritional status in patients with Diabetes.
