摘要
颚式破碎机的行程特征值为破碎机的垂直行程除以水平行程,它的行程特征值越小,表示破碎机的性能越优越。在ADAMS环境下建立了双腔颚式破碎机的运动机构虚拟模型,并对此机构两破碎腔进、排料口的垂直行程曲线和水平行程曲线进行了仿真分析,最后得出行程特征值的仿真结果,仿真结果与理论分析结果进行比较,实现了在计算机上的仿真分析与理论分析相结合,分析结果为设计提供了依据,有很强的实用性。
Vertical displacement of crusher divided by horizontal displacement is the travel characteristic value of jaw crusher. The smaller is the travel characteristic value of it,the better is the function of crusher. This paper establishes virtual model of the movement mechanism of double cavity jaw crushers based on ADAMS environment. And simulation study of this mechanism is also stated such as horizontal and vertical displacement on the entry and exit of two crushing cavities. Finally results of simulation is obtained on travel characteristic value. The combination of simulation analysis and theoretical analysis is realized by computer. Result of simulation analysis provides basis for the project design and its practicability is strong.
