摘要
导出了端面辊运动学方程,并根据端面辊运动方程和抱辊运动方程,应用有限元方法建立了环件的运动模型,在不同的摩擦系数下对其运动进行了仿真模拟,通过对运动过程中芯辊和驱动辊的受力进行分析,从而得出环件的受力过程,最后得出摩擦系数对环件圆度的影响,该结论对于以后的实际生产有很大的参考价值。
In this paper, the kinematic equations of the axial roller are deduced. According to the kinematic equations of guide roller and axial roller, the motion model of the rolled ring is built by finite element method. The simulation results show that the roundness of rolled ring is greatly connected with the friction coefficient. The result has great value for production in the future.
