Research on the Contact-trace of the Screw with the Stator Lining of Single Screw Pump

单螺杆泵在抽汲高黏度、高含气量和高含砂量的原油方面具有独特的效果,在机械采油设备方面被广泛应用。单螺杆泵的核心部件是定子和转子。通过研究转子在定子衬套中的运动接触迹,确定镗削刀具加工轨迹,从而实现具有内螺旋孔的金属定子的加工,以其作为衬套替代传统的橡胶衬套。

The single screw pump has unique effect on the side of pumping crude oil of high viscosity,high air content and high sandcarrying capacity, it is widely used in the field of mechanical petroleum production equipments. The key parts of the single screw pump are the stator and the screw. This paper confirms the certain moving trace of boring tool through the research on the contact trace of the screw with the stator lining,achieves the stator with spiral inner hole,which can replace conventional rubber lining.
