"摔跤滚桥专项力量练习器"是为摔跤训练研制的可通过编程实现多种功能的专用器械。介绍了其机械结构和以工控机为核心的测控系统。重点讨论了利用交流伺服电机进行反抗扭矩设定、训练过程中对摔跤轨迹的自适应、模拟人姿态与位置分离及二维夹抱力实时测量等关键技术。
"Wrestling momentary bridge professional training apparatus" is developed for wrestling training, its function can be changed by changing program. This paper describes its structure and measurement and control system which based on one IPC. The key techniques ,adjusting fighting torque by an AC servo motor,adapting wrestling path to different athlete during athletic training, separating the model athlete's orientation from its position,and measuring 2-D clamp force on-line,are discussed in detail.
