摘要
胀套式无键联接装置系一种新型的轮轴无键联接装置,是过盈联接的一种特殊形式。针对PC1210破碎机的工作特点,论述了无键联接系统在其传动中的应用。最后给出了基于载荷分析的适用的胀套类型和型号。
Expanding sleeve and keyless connection device is a new type of connection device. It is a special form that the shaft and the sleeve are negative allowance. This article aims at the characteristic of the PC1210 crusher and has discussed the design and application of keyless connection system for driving it. At last,the compatible type of expanding sleeve based on load analysis is given.
