摘要
为从内部寻找滚动轴承发生故障的原因,经过比较从三种常用分析方法中选取了有限元法;以ANSYS为计算机工具,建立了其有限元模型;以典型的径向载荷和边界条件为例,分析研究了其内部位移和载荷分布规律;计算了其前两阶固有频率,对其进行了模态分析研究。由分析和研究结果寻找出其发生故障的内部机理,为深入研究滚动轴承的现场破坏机理提供了理论依据。
To find the fault mechanism of roller bearing, this paper adopts finite element analysis after comparing three methods; establishes FEA model of roller bearing by use of ANSYS tool;analyzes the distribution rule of displacement and load,taking typical radial load and border condition as instance ;calculates the first two natural frequencies,researches its modality. These offer the theory proof to research the fault mechanism of bearings profoundly.
