摘要
分析了目前小批量、多品种产品柔性装配系统在性价比方面存在的不足,提出了一种紊流输送技术。紊流输送的特征是含有漩涡,使用漩涡可以提高装配单元的复用率。对漩涡的要素如组合形式、节拍、划分、任务重构以及控制进行了阐述。最后对漩涡的扩展形式进行了简单描述。
By analyzing the existing defect about the performance price ratio of the flexible assembly system for small batch production family,a turbulent transportation technology is proposed. The eddy, by which the utilization rate of assembly unit is promoted,is the critical symbol of the turbulent transportation. The key technologies of the eddy, such as combined type,rhythm, compartmentalization,task reconfiguration,and control,are discussed in detail. At last,an extended eddy form is described.
