摘要
研制了基于PLC的焦车运行位置测量装置,实现了焦车运行位置的连续精确测量、焦炉号自动识别;解决了焦车运行位置测量中易产生"盲区"、结构复杂、系统不稳定等问题。应用表明该系统运行稳定、可靠、抗干扰能力强。
A kind of measurement equipment based on PLC has been developed to measure the position of coke pusher continuously and accurately and identify the number of the stove,it solves the problems in coke pusher tuning such as "blind region",complicated structure,unreliable system. The experiment shows that the measurement system operates steadily,reliably and has better anti- jamming strength.
