介绍了[20a槽钢成品腿尺寸波浪短导致负偏差轧制难度大的现状,分析了问题产生的原因,通过采取孔型优化及调整技术优化措施,成材率提高了1.5%。
It is introduced that short leg size of [-20a channel steel products results in difficult negative deviation rolling, causes of the problems are analyzed. Through optimization of pass design and process adjustment, yield ratio increased by 1.5 %.
