摘要 目的:通过微量元素锌对血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的影响,探讨其促进骨痂形成及骨折愈合的作用。方法:将86例创伤性骨折患者随机分为A组(常规治疗组)及B组(常规治疗+口服锌制剂组),每组43例。分别于术后第1、3、5周行X线及ALP检查,观察骨折愈合情况及ALP含量。结果:X线观察显示,在第3、5周B组的骨膜反应、骨痂形成均比A组明显,差异有显著性(P(0.01);B组ALP含量在术后第1、3、5周均明显高于A组。结论:微量元素锌可活化ALP及促进骨痂钙盐的沉积,对骨折愈合有明显促进作用。 Objective: The aim of study was to discusses the effect of trace element (zinc) on promoting the fracture healing through influencing serum alkaline phosphatase levels(ALP). Methods:86 fracture patients were divided into two groups:A group (conventional treatment group)and B group( conventional treatment + take orally zinc preparation group) ,Each group had 43 patients. All the patients received X-ray check and serum ALT measure at l st,3rd and 5th weeks after operation. Results: X-ray check showed the periosteal reaction,callus formation were better in A group that in B group (P 〈 0, 01 ) the level of serum ALP in B group were higher than those in A group at 1 st ,3rd,Sth weeks after operation, Conclusion:The trace element (zinc) has an obvious promoter action for fracture healing,may activate the serum ALP and the promote callus caIcium salt deposition.
