铅锌矿矿工工作有关疾病的调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨铅锌矿矿工有关疾病的患病情况。方法对湖南省岳阳市桃林铅锌矿进行卫生学和基本情况调查,对矿工进行职业史、既往史、现病史调查,胸片、肺功能、心电图检查和常规内科检查,与对照组进行患病率比较。结果矿工慢性支气管炎、慢性鼻炎、关节炎、慢性胃炎、心电图异常、腰背痛、消化性溃疡、高血压、肺气肿患病率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0·05或P<0·01)。结论矿工工作有关疾病患病率高,应制定相应预防对策,保护矿工身体健康。 [ Objective] To explore the morbidity of occupational diseases among the lead and zinc miners. [ Methods] Hygienic and basic investigation were carried out among the lead and zinc miners on their occupational history, anamnesis, disease history, chest x - ray, lung function, electrocardiogram and regular checkup; the morbidity was compared with that of the control. [ Results ] The prevalence rates of chronic bronchitis, chronic rhinitis, arthritis, chronic gastritis, cardiogram abnormity, backache, digestive ulcer, hypertension and emphysema in the case group were proved to be significantly different from that of the control ( P 〈 0. 05 ; P 〈 0. 01 ). [ Conclusion] The prevalence of occupational diseases among the miners is quite high; relevant preventive countermeasures should be taken to protect the miners'physical health.
