水中微量苯酚的阻抑溴酸钾氧化灿烂甲酚蓝动力学光度测定法

摘要 目的建立一种动力学光度法测定水中微量苯酚。方法在稀硝酸介质中,微量苯酚对溴酸钾氧化灿烂甲酚蓝的褪色反应有显著的阻抑作用,据此,建立测定水中微量苯酚的阻抑动力学光度分析法。结果方法的线性范围为0.5~20μg/L,检测限为4.6×10-2μg/L,11次测定苯酚(5.0μg/L)的相对标准偏差为2.9%。结论该方法用于测定河水、生活污水、工业废水样品中的微量苯酚,结果满意。 [ Objective] To establish kinetic photometry for determining trace phenol in water. [ Methods] Inhibitory kinetic photometry method was applied for the determination of trace phenol, which was based on the inhibitory effect of phenol on the oxidation of brilliant cresyl blue (BCB) by potassium bromate in the metric acid medium. [ Results] The linear range of the method was 0.5 - 20μg/L; the detection limit was 4. 6 × 10^-2 μg/L; the relative standard deviation for phenol ( 5. 0 μg/L ) was 2. 9%. [ Conclusion] This method is satisfactory in the determination of trace phenol in the samples of river water, life wastewater and industrial wastewater.
