摘要
介绍生产GH4169A高温合金钢丝的工艺。一般采用1030℃保温0.5 h快速出炉水冷的固溶工艺,用KMnO4法碱浸和混合酸洗的方法去除氧化皮,选用草酸盐涂层和干式润滑方式,进行压缩率为27.0%-28.5%的单道次拉拔,可获得高强度、高韧性且具有一定弯曲性能的产品。
To introduce the process producing GH4196A high temperature alloy steel wire that it is general adopt the solution treatment process of 1 030 ℃ temperature keeping in 0.5 hour then leaving furnace to fast cool with water. With KMnO4 method to alkali dip and mix acid pickling to remove oxide film, adopting oxalate coating and dry lubrication, with 27.0% - 28.5% single pass draught to draw, taking all these measures can get the product with high strength, high toughness and definite bending property.
