Production of Stainless Steel Flat Wire by Rolling Continuously

摘要 通过对Φ2.51 mm 201不锈钢丝轧制为0.30 mm×6.00 mm扁丝的实验,介绍平辊连续轧制大宽厚比扁钢丝的工艺、组织及性能。经过轧制,原材料的晶粒被拉长和显著细化,显微硬度提高,抗拉强度为1 840 MPa。对连轧第一道次的公式进行分析,并对各公式的适用性进行讨论。 Through experiment of rolling 0.30 mm× 6.00 mm flat wire from 2.51 mm 201 stainless steel wire, process, microstructure and property of rolling continuously big width-thickness ratio flat wire by roller are introduced. The grain of raw material is lengthened and thinned, micro-hardness is improved and tensile strength is 1 840 MPa. The formulas of the first pass of rolling continuously is analyzed and their applicability are discussed.
