摘要
介绍不锈钢极细丝的生产方法、热处理工艺及生产中存在的问题,指出采用熔抽法制成的不锈极细丝,横截面多为异形,只能用于一些要求不高的领域;集束拉拔法生产的不锈极细丝形状不一致,均匀性和精度较差,并对极细丝长度也有一定限制;单丝拉拔法是高档次、高精度不锈极细丝的主要生产方法,国内企业应加紧0.04 mm以下高质量极细丝的生产。
To introduce the production method of extra fine stainless steel wire, the process of heat treatment and the problem existing in production. It is pointed out that the fine stainless steel wire produced by melting drawing can only be used to some realms having not high requirements because of its section being shaped; the fine stainless steel wires produced by clustered drawing method have not uniform shape, uniformity and precision are worse, and the length of the fine wire is limited; the single wire drawing is main production method to produce high grade and high precise fine stainless steel wire, domestic enterprises should fast produce high quality extra fine stainless steel wire below 0.04 mm diameter.
