通过生产统计数据比较点接触同向捻与交互捻、点接触与线接触、面接触与普通圆股、三角股与普通圆股等钢丝绳的使用寿命,分析钢丝绳同向捻比交互捻寿命长、线接触比点接触寿命长、面接触和三角股比普通圆股寿命长的原因,指出油田用钢丝绳选择应注意的情况。

To compare the service life of wire rope between non-parallel same direction lay and alteroant lay, between nonparallel and equal lay rope, facial contact and common circular strands, triangle strands and common circular strands by production statistic data. The causes of that the service life of the same direction lay rope is longer than that of alternant lay, the service life of equal lay rope is longer than that of non-parallel, the service lives of facial contact and triangle strands are longer than that of common circular strands rope are analyzed. The complexions needing to attention in selection of wire rope for oil field are pointed out.
