分析不旋转钢丝绳研发中存在的问题,介绍国外对不旋转钢丝绳的研究,结合特殊结构不旋转钢丝绳的研发现状与国外钢丝绳品牌,对ISO 17893抗旋转钢丝绳分类表进行研究,提出值得继续研究的2个问题及按照组绳总股数、股结构、最外层绳股数、内层股在绳中排列方式等因素对多层股抗旋转钢丝绳进行结构式描述的建议。

To analyze the problems existing in the research and development of non-rotation wire ropes. The research of non-rotation wire ropes abroad is introduced. Combining with the research and development present situation of special structure non-rotation wire rope and foreign trademarks, the classification table of ISO 17893 rotation-resistant ropes is researched. Two problems needing to continuously research and the suggestions of structure pattern describing for multi-layer strands rotation-resistant ropes according to such factors as total strand of composing rope, strand structure, strand number of the most outer rope and the arranging mode of inner-layer strand in rope are put forward.
