论服务业跨国公司的成长

摘要 在全球经济高涨的势头之下,跨国行为、网络组织及其经营等已经成为当前经济社会中重要的形式与活动,随之推动了各国消费水平和结构的革新,为之响应的是各国及全球经济组织对服务经济的逐步放开,最终推动了服务企业的国际扩张和服务业跨国公司的发展,并成为社会经济中的重要载体。加上中国服务业跨国公司在国际经济舞台上的地位逐日增强,无疑使服务业跨国公司另类于制造企业,而不可遮掩的显露为一道新的风景线。 With the surges of the global economy, transnational behavior, network organization as well as its management have been the important forms and the activities in the current economic society, impelling innovation of the consumption level and structure of various countries ; That global economic entities gradually open service economy, has driven ultimately the international expansion of services enterprises and the development of service multinational corporation ( MNCs ), one of the important carriers in our society economy. In additon, the position of China' s services MNCs is strengthening on international economy stage. Undoubtedly, other to manufacturing enterprise, services MNCs has been discovered to be a new scenery line.
