区域贸易安排本是为WTO允许,但发达国家发展的过多的区域贸易安排,已经影响了WTO本身的发展,尤其多哈回合谈判中止后,区域贸易安排发展更加迅猛,已经有将WTO边缘化的危险,我国应当尽快制定区域贸易安排战略,并且通过大力发展区域贸易安排,保持我国对外贸易的健康发展。

The regional trade arrangement is originally permitted by WTO, but the overfull regional trade arrangement made by the developed countries has already affected the development of WTO itself, especially after Doha round negotiations, with the development of regional trade arrangement becoming swift and violent, WTO is already in the danger of marginalization. Thus, our country must formulate the strategy on regional trade arrangement as soon as possibly to maintain the healthy development of our country＇ s foreign trade through developing regional trade arrangement vigorously.
