Coordination in the Laryngeal Microsurgery under Suspension Laryngoscope

支撑喉镜下很显微手术是现代医学的先进技术。1995-1996年我院对29例声带疾病患者在支撑喉镜下进行喉显微手术．取得较好的效果，结果治愈19例．好转4例，失败6例。对手术室护士术前的病人准备，设备及用物准备，手术步骤的配合，仪器设备的使用和保养要点等进行了总结。并分析讨论了引起手术失败的各种原因。

The Laryngeal microsurgery under laryngoscope is an advanced technique. From 1995 to 1996, 29 cases of patients with diseases of vocal fold were subjected to the laryngeal microsurgery under suspension laryngoscop with satisfactory results. 19 patients were cured; 4 showed improvement of their conditions and the operation failed in 6 cases. This article discussed the preoperative preparation of patients and equipment and necessary materials, coordination in surgery and use and maintenance of advanced instruments and equipment. The causes for operative failure are died, including the difficulty in tracheal intubation due to the deformity of low mandible.
