c-erbB-2 癌基因产物在乳腺良、恶性病变中的表达

Expression of c-erbB-2 Onco-protein in Breast Neoplasms and Benign Breast Lesions.

本文应用免疫组织化学ＳＰ法检测６８例乳腺癌及６９例乳腺良性病变的石蜡包埋标本中ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２的表达情况。结果表明，乳腺癌组织中ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２表达为５８．８％（４０／６８），并与腋窝淋巴结转移明显相关。

In this report,we determined expressive status of c-erbB-2 oncogene for 68 paraffin embedded specimens of breast cancers and 69 paraffin embeded specimens of other benign breast lesions by S-P immunohistochemical technique.The results showed that expression of c-erbB-2 onco-protein was found in 40 of 68(58.8%) specimens and its significance relation to region lymph node metastasis.
