摘要 本文报道了一种用人发材料处理的新型人工腱,即109HH人工腱,这种人工腱在20只新西兰大白鼠动物模型中及15例临床应用中获得成功。该腱没有明显的排斥反应及拉应力衰减,表面光滑,无肌腱粘连,且能在体内腱化成自体腱,经临床对三角肌瘫痪、肱二头肌麻痹的病人进行抬肩、屈肘功能重建术,疗效满意。本实验中对其免疫学、组织学及生物力学进行了观察。 A new artificial tendon treated human hair as artificial tendon material was reported in this paper. This kind of material was named 109HH artificial tendon which was implanted to replace the function of tendon and was successfully used in 20 rabbit models and in 15 cases. There was not obvious rejection reaction and tension stress reduce. It has good smooth surface without any adhension and tenontosis formation self-tendon in human body. Immunology histology and biomechanics were investigated in the experimental study. The 109HH artifical tendon was thought to be the ideal artificial tendon. Fifteen cases was used with 109HH artificial tendon in the clinic to reconstruct the function of elevation of shoulder and flexion of elbow. All cases gain satisfactory result.
