Development Countermeasure of Rural Conpulsory Education in Anhui Province

教育经费短缺和师资力量匮乏,是制约安徽省农村义务教育发展的关键因素。针对这两大问题,有必要通过挖掘社会资源,动员企业捐资助学、发行彩票等途径筹集经费,鼓励社会优秀人员投身到农村义务教育事业中来。

Funds shortage and teachers deficiency is the key factor to the restriction of rural compulsory education in Anhui Province. Accordingly it is necessary to encourage the elite in the society to join in rural compulsory education by excavating social resources, mobilizing enterprises to donate and publishing lottery.
