摘要
目的采用薄层色谱法测定盐酸特拉唑嗪胶囊中有关物质。方法盐酸特拉唑嗪胶囊内容物适量溶于甲醇制得供试品溶液,以硅胶GF254为固定相,乙酸乙酯:甲醇:二乙胺(40:0.2:3)为流动相。结果最佳点样量为50μg。结论盐酸特拉唑嗪胶囊薄层色谱法测定有关物质方法简单、快速,方便可靠,可用于测定盐酸特拉唑嗪胶囊中有关物质。
Objective To establish a method for determining related substance of terazosin hydrochloride capsules by thin layer chromatography. Methods The suitable content of terazosin hydrochloride capsules was dissolved in methanol as the test solution. Silica gel GF254 was used as stationary phase and a mixture of ethyl acetate-methanol-diethylamine(40:0.2:3) as mobile phase. Results The amount of 50μg was most suitable for determining related substance of terazosin hydrochloride capsules. Conclusion The method is simple, convenient,rapid and reproducible for determining related substance of terazosin hydrochloride capsules.
