摘要 目的:优选中药泛制丸卫生学控制指标中乙醇温热湿润灭菌的最佳条件。方法:采用正交试验法,以乙醇的比例、温度、湿润时间为3因素,对自制素丸样品在不同水平下检测灭菌效果。结果:乙醇温热湿润灭菌的最佳条件为加入75%乙醇的比例为1.67%(mL·g^(-1)),温度为50~60℃,湿润时间为1h。结论:该方法简便、实用、有效,可用于中药泛制丸的卫生学控制。 OBJECTIVE: To optimize methanol lukewarm moist sterilization conditions in the hygienic control of Chinese processing pills. METHODS: The optimization was performed by orthogonal test with ratio, temperature and moisture time of methanol as 3 factors. The sterilization efficacy of the self-made sample pills at different levels was detected. RESULTS: The optimum lukewarm moist sterilization conditions were as follows: the ratio, temperature, and moisture time of 75% methanol were 1.67% (mL·g^-1), 50-60℃, and lh, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method was proved to be simple, practical and effective, and it can be used for the hygienic control of Chinese processing pills,
