摘要
采用紫外分光光度法,在检测波长为335 nm,以邻苯二胺做显色剂,分析了中药陈皮中微量元素硒。结果表明,广东、陕西城固、四川陈皮中硒元素平均含量分别为5.3754,2.9008;2.7570μg/g。
The content of Se in Pericarpium citri reticulatae was determined and analysed with UV spectrophotometry. The apparent color agent is o -diaminobenzene hydrochloride, the detection wavelength is 335 nm. The rusults indicate there is the average content of Se is 5. 375 4 μg/g in pericarpium citri reticulatae from Guangdong, 2. 757 0μg/g from Sichuan, and 2. 900 8 μg/g from Shaanxi Chenggu, the rate of average.recovery is 93.43%.
